Just a little brag on myself.
For the month of August a month that is both hot and sticky I exercised 22 days out of 31. Not to shabby for being 3 months pregnant.
<----- look at her go... Bare foot, pregnant and still running.

Welcome to week 14. At my last ultrasound the due date was pushed back to Feb 24th. (I know it is more like a due week or due time than a due date) We may have a March baby on our hands, watch out Nick and Brendan.

The fetus weighs in at 1 ounce (28 g), and measures almost 3 1/2 inches (8.9 cm) in length. Generally during this week, the fetus may start growing hair on the head and other places such as the eyebrows. If it is a girl, her ovaries already have eggs inside. For boys, this is when the prostate gland develops.

Do you feel like there are butterflies in your tummy? It may feel like butterflies, or it may feel like gas. Some mothers may feel fetal movement ( quickening ), though others may not be able to identify movement until around week 20. I will keep you all posted on this one.

This is from my last ultrasound on 8/17/06, what a change from the last one a month ago. If you can't read the little lables they say.
1. spine
2. eye socket (don't worry BW has two you just can't see the other one)
3.Possible a hand (I was worried because you can't see them, but I think those are fingers)
It all looks a little X-Files to me, I better call Fox.

I had an ultrasound yesterday but my buddy at work that scans them for me is on vacation. I guess you will all have to wait until Monday to see the little baby. The baby was moving his (I will randomly assign a gender when I feel like it, this does not mean anything) feet like he was moonwalking or something. We saw the arms once but you can’t see them in the picture so the baby looks armless. Trust me they were there a few weeks ago.

I had a crisp run this morning at a cool 60. It was awesome. I have said it before and I will say it again. If you can, you really should get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather with a walk, run or bike ride. Maternity clothes shopping wasn’t too bad. Thanks to Bride-to-be for joining me at Old Navy. They had a MUCH bigger selection than Target. Most of the clothes I got are more casual but some can be worn to work. I have my first maternity pants on today. They are a little big but I am going to get bigger so that is fine. They are so comfortable it is unreal. For the last two days I wore my regular pants and they fit for the most part. They were just tight in the belly area and really uncomfortable when I sit and I sit for 80% of the day. Also, a thank you to my sister-in-law (LE) for lending me several maternity pants. I think that I should be able to wear almost everything during some point.
We have our third doctor’s appointment Thursday I can’t wait. Look for new ultrasound pics on Friday.

Today starts week 13 we will call it the week my clothes got tight. I went through three outfits this morning before I found something that fit okay. I need to go clothes shopping, to be honest I really don't like to shop. Especially when I am getting bigger. This time I am going to try Old Navy.

Weighing approximately 0.5 to 0.7 ounces and measuring 3 inches (almost 8 cm) long, the fetus has plenty of room to grow inside your uterus. Initially, the eyes on the fetus are on the sides, but in this week they move to the front and appear closer together (to begin the makings of the face). Likewise in this week, the ears move to the proper position on the sides of the head.

Ocean’s Thirteen, now that is a movie that I can get excited about seeing.
Just a little picture from filming on Aug 7th.
I had another great run today. This morning I saw a bunch of turkeys in the field and yesterday I saw a fox hunting something on Dry Fork Rd. It was neat to see the fox because you just don’t see them that often. Every morning I wish I had my camera to take a picture and show everyone. But, I would hate to run with a camera.
I had to break down and buy some larger sized clothes yesterday. I now have a some jeans to wear for a while. By the way Target in Arnold has a very poor selection of maternity clothes. I am not even kidding alls they had were Gaucho and I am not skinny enough or tall enough to wear those.

It is now week 12 and this is what BW is looking like.

From crown to rump, the fetus measures 2.4 to 2.75 inches (6 to 7 cm long). Its tiny fingers and toes have are identifiable as separate entities with nails. Some hair is also seen at this stage. By now, almost all of the baby's organs and structures have formed and will continue to grow until delivery. The genitalia begin to show some differentiation in gender. The intestines are developing in the abdomen, and some movement of the muscles has started to develop and work to process food. The kidneys have begun to produce and excrete urine, and amniotic fluid starts to accumulate, helping your baby stay afloat.

A shout out to Bride to Be for a great dinner last night and tell MSU that my tummy is fine.

I just want to say I had the BEST run this morning. It was only 71 outside and no humidity. The flowers on the side of the road were beautiful.
The best part... my new shoes. I love the colors so much I took a pic to show you all.

If you can (like your knees don't hurt) and you don't you should really start running. Try walking or biking. Just do something outside it is such a beautiful world.

Lets hope for another great run on Wednesday.

Dust off your shoes and take a walk. It isn't too hot in the morning and the sunrise is beautiful.

Had a great weekend. Elaine came into town for a visit and we had a crazy weekend. First I planed a fun Friday night at my parents’ house watching my new favorite show The Dog Whisper. I could watch all day and the funny thing is I don’t really like dogs.

Then Saturday we came into my work for a while then hit the park for a warm run. After all of that activity I required a nap and so did Elaine. On our way home I introduced Elaine to the glorious Crystal Light Slurpee, which was really a cruel thing to do because they don’t have 7-elevens in Springfield. Then we hit the Ruby Tuesdays for a healthy salad. Sad to say they changed the menu and decreased the selection of the salad bar. I guess my dad won’t be eating there biweekly anymore. We stopped by Block Buster to see what they had. To my surprise Elaine said she watched the show Medium and would be interested in renting season 1. I did live with Elaine for 5 years and I remember she didn’t like scary movies or shows. Apparently she likes the ghost stuff just not violence. We watched three shows in the dark basement and I have to say I turned the lights on when Elaine went upstairs.

Then Sunday some serious lying around in bed just talking and catching up. I had a great time!!!! After Elaine left for her 4-5 hour drive (will highway 44 ever be finished?) I went to my parents’ house to use their TV and visit with them. They have cable and we don’t and I knew the Dog show would be on. I watched for like 3 hours. The best part of my weekend was picking my husband up from the airport after his trip. I am very glad that he got home safely.

I knew I liked Justin. This is at least the second time that we have dressed alike.

Wednesday, August 02, 2006

I think I saw something is morning!!!! A little bump. It was confirmed when I got to work today and asked around. Yes I am starting to look pregnant.
I don’t care who knows I have already gained 2 more pounds than I should. We can blame the extra weight on Chef at work. He put a large piece of turtle cheesecake in front of me yesterday. It would of been rude not to eat it, so I did. Don’t worry I didn’t finish all of it. But, I am exercising almost daily so I don’t feel too bad. I would rather gain an extra 10 pounds when all is said and done than have morning sickness.

I don’t want a TV in our bedroom and for the most part Shane agrees with me. But, every once and a while he takes the other side (he is a Gemini) and starts campaigning for a TV in our room. (A wise woman once told me the bedroom is only for two things sleeping and other stuff- thank you BM). Our new house has a guest room with a full bed and we just got a new TV from Shane’s sister. Shane had the great idea to put the TV in the guest room that way if we wanted to watch Saturday Night Living in bed we could and we still would not have a TV in our bedroom. Shane hooked up the TV last night and this is what I came home to at 9:40pm Monday.

Introducing Baby Weatherholt. It is official I am pregnant. This Monday will be 11 weeks and I can’t wait any longer to tell everyone. I know that a few people already know but now the word is out… I am knocked up. (What a funny way to say you are pregnant). This is our second ultrasound from 7-20-06. If you know what you are looking at you might see a head at the top and the body. Sticking out from the bottom of the body is a leg. The baby was moving around it was the COOLEST thing ever. We saw and heard the heartbeat so all is well. I am due the end of February (20th or 21st). Now I will have a ton of stuff to post on my blog. So far I have only got nauseous a few times two in an airplane and one shopping with my husband. Other than that I am extremely tired. I could take a nape at the drop of a hat. Just ask my mom, we went to Florida together in the beginning of July and I slept more than anything else. It was a great trip. Also, I am pretty hungry most of the time. I don’t really crave anything it is just that everything sounds so good. I have been eating way more meat than I normally do. All of my friends and family are getting a big kick out of my new eating habits. I have to admit I have been a little crabbier than normal. I just don’t have the patients that I use to with just about anyone. We are not going to find out the sex of the baby so we will be referring to the baby as BW for Baby Weatherholt. The only other groups that need to be told are my parents’ friends and my family (uncles, aunts and cousins). I will keep you posted.

I was surfing the web today looking for 7-eleven's website so I could write them a letter. I wanted to thank them for the Crystal Light Slurpee. I am loven it!!!!! Very low in calories and a cool treat it is perfect for this time of year. While I was on their website I clicked on new products and I can't believe what I found a P'EatZZA. Look at this thing. I guess there is someone out there that would enjoy this. I say eat up it keeps me and my dietitian buddies in business.

P'EatZZa Sandwich
Pizza and a deli sandwich - it's a marriage made only in 7-Eleven heaven. The new P'EatZZa™ sandwich, (pronounced Puh-Eat-Zuh) is the first of its kind and debuts in stores April 18.
It brings together a combination of pizza, deli meats and flavorful fixings into one delicious sandwich that tastes great for lunch or any time of day. 7-Eleven designed the new sandwich and packaging so it's easy to eat on the go -- there's no need to heat it, just grab one and enjoy.
P'EatZZa comes in two varieties: a mouth-watering turkey and pepperoni on pepperoni flatbread with parmesan ranch spread and romaine lettuce; and a flavorful and zesty ham and salami on cheddar mozzarella flatbread with banana and red peppers, oil and vinegar dressing and romaine lettuce.
Look for a Greek-style salad on mozzarella cheese and parsley flatbread with peppers, onions and mushrooms coming to your favorite 7-Eleven store on May 22.
For $3.89 or less this winning combo is a real deal!

Hot and Dark are two words that describe my work situation right now.
A storm came through St. Louis Wednesday night and whipped up the city. Down south we had to go to the basement for about 15 minutes and we only had a few limbs down. When I got to work Thursday morning we only had partial power. It went like this lights yes, A.C. no, cooler no and freezer no. We still had four clients come in for food and they took home canned goods only. We found a refer truck (refrigerated truck) that could run on the lot and keep the cooler food cold so we wouldn’t lose that. The freezer is okay as long as it is not opened for a while. It got hot in the office real fast and we were out of there around 1:30 after we sweated about 3 gallons loading up the truck.
Friday I wore short and a tank top in to work. I was 99% sure we would still be out of electric. (No houses near us) Well, I was right. It was even hotter in the building and it had a stale odor. Some people left while other scratched their heads, what to do. When it looked like another storm was headed our way we decided to call it a day. On my way home my car was blowing around on the highway. I could really feel it moving it was pretty scary. I made it to my parents to take a wonderful nap. It was been an interesting and sweating two days. It is great to see the staff at my work pull together and get the job done. I love my job.

Wednesday, July 19, 2006

My house almost looks like a home. I got home last night and even though I fixed dinner I still had a little energy to clean. I put away books, vacuumed, and made up the bed in the guest room. Shane worked all night putting up pictures and cleaning the basement. When we were done it felt like a house. Don’t get me wrong we still have a ton to do, but at least it is starting to feel like a house. I will post a few pictures Thursday.

I saw Strangers with Candy and I loved it. I guess it could have been funnier but you could say that about anything. I would see it again and I might buy it when it comes out.

Wednesday, July 05, 2006

I ask you this.
What kind of doctor calls you on Friday at 3:30 and leave a message asking you to call him back and doesn’t say that he won't be back in the office for almost a week. He doesn’t say "oh it is no big deal just give me a call." I don’t want to be mad at him he is a nice guy. I guess no matter how nice they are they forget sometime the power a doctor has over his patients. I am guessing the message isn’t about anything big, but still I have lost sleep wondering what he called for.

I am getting ready to head out on a top-secret road trip to Eureka Springs. If you know what happens in Eureka Springs you may figure this out. But, I can’t make a formal announcement until Monday.

Tuesday, June 20, 2006

I just realized that this Sunday June 25th is my 4-year anniversary for my job. It doesn’t feel like it has been four years already, but I guess that is a good thing.

A and C's Running Program

In an effort to get my brother out and running (he asked to run with me) I am going to post our runs together. Just so you know he stood me up this morning at 6:15 am for our first run.
I thought this might encourage Andy to get out of bed and run.

Andy 0
Carrie 6 miles

So, at this point I am winning.

Tuesday, June 13, 2006

That is right. I wore these shoes to work all day. I had a back up flat pair just incase I need to change. But, it is 4:47 pm right now and I think I make it.

Saturday, June 10, 2006

The Heat kicked my butt today. I was running with Becky and we planned a nice 9 miles. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem for me. I ran 7 with her two weeks ago. But, I had to work this morning so we got a late start 8:45 and the heat took my down. I couldn’t finish I only did 7.5 miles. I started to feel light headed and I didn’t want to pass out 3 miles away from the car so I had Becky go on while I turned around and ran back to the car. It is hard for me to admit that I quit or gave up it is hard for any runner. But, next week we are running like 9-10 and we are getting up early. Becky finished out a study 9 miles each mile was about 9:40 minutes. Rock star!

On a fun note last Saturday I got the BEST service at a Subway in Pevely. I was so impressed that I sent in a letter the very next Monday. I wanted to let the employee know that her kindness and good service didn’t go unnoticed. The owner of that franchise sent me a letter back thanking me for the kind letter. They included two coupons for free 6” sandwiches. How great is that? I have always noted good service but only recently started writing letters. It came from a good friend at work that said we should send one positive letter for every negative letter so that is what I have been doing. I encourage everyone to give it a try. You might get a free sandwich too.

Saturday, June 03, 2006

What is it about lying by the pool that makes you feel like you ran a marathon? We laid out for about 2 hours then hit subway and laid out for maybe 1 more hour and I am beet. I don’t think I could run to save my life. But, I did have a great time with Sarah B. and Becky. Is that how you spell laid out? My computer doesn’t like it but I do! We are unpacking all of our stuff Sunday I will take pictures so you can all see the craziness.

Shane's new BB Gun, don't worry the wheel chair is just for fun.
Mike and Barb, Brendan and Mike in truck.
Here are all of Shane's gift. He took this picture for Chantel.

Last night we had a birthday party/ open house at our new place. It was TONS of fun, even though I felt a little crapy secondary to girl stuff. Shane had a blast and liked all of his gifts. We stayed up last night while he tried to pick what was his favorite gift. Just so you all know he couldn’t really think of one thing he liked best. It was a good night we all just hung out the house has a great feel to it. We need to invest in some sitranilla candles to decrease the mosquito. Thanks to everyone that stopped by and thanks to the parents for providing the food.

Wednesday, May 31, 2006

So, I am sitting at my desk feeling like crap. It is my husband’s birthday and we just bought a new house I should feel great. I am just having a blah day and I can’t snap out of it. I am trying. I was feeling the same last night too and I just couldn’t stop it. I know I am scheduled to start my period June 1st so that is probably mostly it. But, I would think all of the good stuff would out weight the ucky stuff. Oh well, I will just try and suck it up for Shane. I feel bad because he wanted everyone to come over to our house tonight and hang out and listen to the baseball game. But, the game was at noon and it is raining. I really hope that he likes what I got him for his birthday. I will post what it is later, just in case. You never know who is reading this. Anyway I just wanted to complain and have someone feel sorry for me, even thought I don’t really have anything to feel sorry for.
Okay I am over it and moving on.

Wednesday, May 17, 2006

We got it!
This is our new home. We close on May 30th, just in time for Shane's birthday. We can't wait for everyone to see it.
Gas up the car you are going on a road trip to Pevely.

Tuesday, May 09, 2006

Who would buy a house with a broken air conditioner? None one I know. I don't want to, that is for sure. I guess this could make our break our new house deal. I just keep telling myself that if it is ment to be... it will.

My weekend...

I had a team in the Heart Walk last weekend. Team Carrot Weatherholt was made up of Carrie, Barb and Nicki. We had a great time. I raised $135.00. Then on Sunday I had a great run with Becky and washed my car then rested.

The Heart Walk raised $1.1 Million

Liven at the Rents’. That’s right my husband and I are crashing in my parents’ basement for 30 days. We have a wonderful set up here in the basement with our own half bath and refrigerator. I am just glad to be out of our old house. We have been waiting for this glorious day for about 3 months. I didn’t want to blog about the closing in fear of jinxing it. We have a contract on anther house in Pevely. That’s right I said Pevely, MO it is south of Imperial but not by much. We will have a VERY large yard and a nice home. The yard is our favorite but we are also excited about the garage and walk out basement. I can’t wait to move it. I will post a picture later.

I think I figured out the real reason my name was not in the paper. Because I am hideous to look at… Just see for yourself. Trust me it is worth the time for the laugh you will get.

Go to www.stlouismarathon.com click on race photos 2006 (middle column) the enter bib number 4404 and click on the first picture. Scary. I bet you didn’t know my face is made of clay. I look like I am sick or something.

Friday, April 14, 2006

What gives?
I ran my best ½ marathon time ever last Sunday in the Spirit of St. Louis Marathon and apparently that wasn’t good enough for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. They posted only a few race times on Monday. I guess the home opener for the Cardinals took priority. Whatever! I would be will to bet some $$ that none of those ball players could run a ½ or full marathon (I have done both twice). Anyway they, the paper, stated that the rest of the race results would be posted Tuesday. But, much to my surprise I didn’t run fast enough to make the paper. My 9 minute 44 seconds per mile wasn’t good enough for someone at the Post. Whatever! My total race time was 2 hours and 7 minutes they stopped the results at 2 hours and 5 minutes!!!! I know, tell me about it. When I called they said there just wasn’t room and that basically no one looks at them. I had several people I know looking for my name in the paper thank you very much. It probably caused a few headaches because they spent so much time looking at that tiny print.
The guy on the phone informed me that I now have a new goal for next year. Thanks a lot. Maybe I will do just that and show them with an even 2 hours!!!
If you would like to contact the post try www.stltoday.com

I am getting excited about my race!!!!!
At first I was pretty bummed that my brother would not be able to run with me, but now I am just ready to run my fastest time ever. I hope the weather is good. After I am all done Shane and I are going out for a big breakfast at Uncle Bill’s Café. I can’t wait. I am going to order French toast and eggs. I am just as excited about that as the race. My bib number is 4404.

Have a great weekend everyone.

My faith in the basic goodness of people has been restored.
Saturday March 25th about 10:00 am. I parked my car under Highway 55 and got ready to start my 10-mile run. My headphones aren’t working because my batteries were dead. This really stinks because my run is going to be 1 hour and 40 minutes long. I see a Gas station at Union Rd. and Green Park Rd. and I have $10 so I think I am saved!!! I jog over to the store and it turns out to be a true old fashion full service filling station. Meaning they had oil, car batteries, windshield wipers and all kinds of fluids for your car but no candy, soda, gum and certainly no AA batteries. I ask anyway, just incase I don’t see them (while I am thinking about stores like QT and 711 where you can buy groceries, medicine even baby food). Bob tells me he is sorry but they don’t have batteries. I guess I looked as bummed out as I felt because Bob asked how many I needed and went in the back and came out with one AA battery for me. It could have been from the break room TV remote for all I know. I tried to pay him for the battery but he said not to worry about it. It is so rare that a total stranger does something nice for you. I had my best run ever after that. I sat down this morning and wrote him a letter to thank him for the battery and the wonderful service. I just wanted to pass along something positive after my last negative post.
Have a wonderful day and do something nice for a stranger today, they will remember it for a long time.

People never fail to surprise me, both good and bad. Unfortunately this is a bad one. I don’t want to go into too much detail because this is a public blog but I have to vent. I just hate it when you have a general feeling that someone is a bad person, but you really want to give them the benefit and see them as good people. Then they go and do something that proves that they are just not a good person and you can’t go on pretending like they are nice, kind or descent human beings anymore. You just can’t make yourself believe the lies anymore. This has just happened to me. I am just going to drop it after this but I needed to vent. Why are people so mean? Is because they had their feelings hurt at one time or another? Well, to me that would make them understand how crapy it feels and not want to spread that meanness around. Maybe someone out there has the answer but I just don’t get it.

Friday, March 17, 2006

I just wrote out this long blog about the last two weeks and I went to spell check it and I lost it!!!!! So, I will recap but I am not writing it all out again.

The volunteer bowling party was tons of fun. Shane bowled one of his best games ever he got five strikes with 1 TURKEY. But, we are both unable to keep score ourselves so we don’t know what he got. Lets just say it was a high score.

Look how happy he is.
Justin is up to no good.

Once again I have reason to brag on myself.... I had monster cramps that started last night at 9 pm. After that I talked myself into calling into work sick because I was having trouble moving. The cramps were still going strong this morning but a little voice in my head said "You know you would feel better if you got up and ran and went to work". I medicated myself and ran for 1 hour, picked out an outfit that I knew would make me feel good all day and went off to work. Now I am here and happy to be. I am so glad that I made myself get out of bed this morning.

This isn't a picture of St. Louis, but it is so beautiful and I know that today is going to be a beautiful day I wanted to put it with this entry.
Have a great day.

Fat Tuesday, A tradition in my life that started in 1997 and is still going strong is Fat Tuesday. Every year I get together with anyone that is interested in eating and enjoy a very Decadent Dessert. This year I went with my husband and my best friend, Becky, and we had a great time. First Shane enjoyed a Steak with Shrimp (steak seen below)

Becky enjoyed a burger

I had enjoyed a very large basket of French fries (no picture available)

Then we got down to the real work..... DESSERT

Shane had the Vanilla Bean Cheese Cake

VANILLA BEAN CHEESECAKE Cheesecake made with real vanilla beans, baked in a vanilla graham-cracker crust. Layered with white chocolate mousse and white chocolate shavings. Served with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.

Becky had the brownie obsession (I might add that she was unable to fulfill her Fat Tuesday duties and finish her dessert, but we won't hold it against her she did have a burger)

BROWNIE OBSESSIONA warm brownie covered in Ghirardelli® chocolate-fudge sauce, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and pecans.

I had OREO MADNESS and it was GREAT. I enjoyed every single bit. (I got up this morning and ran 7 miles to help counter some of the calories)

OREO® MADNESS Two giant Oreo® cookies sandwiched with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate and caramel sauces.

All and all it was a great night. Now time to give something up..... I am giving up Meat/Poultry and anything with Chocolate. (that will be the hardest one)

If you live in St. Louis and you like Mexican food you must try Chimichanga. It is my favorite resturant. They have cilantro in the salsa.

What is going on with figure skating this year? I don’t like all of the falls. I know that the skaters are getting more points for trying harder jumps, but it just looks bad. To me…. I say do something that you know you can do and that should be more points. To quote a friend “it just doesn’t look like the Olympics”.
I can’t wait for ice dancing hopefully no one will fall.

This is really hurting my runs!!!!!!
It was in the teens with the wind chill this morning. How is a girl suppose to train for a 1/2 marathon.

I miss my mom and dad. I always start to miss them about this time of the year. They have been gone for over 4 weeks and they won't be home for another 3 weeks. I get to talk to them every other week but it isn't the same. They are in Thailand and they go every year. I just wanted to complain to anyone out there.

What they see every day...

What I see every day.
No wonder they are gone.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Arch it is more the cold look I was going for.

Happy Valentine's Day.....
My husband, one of the greatest men alive, sent me an ice cream cake to work. Better than flowers in so many ways.

I am so proud of myself… I currently have some of the worst cramps I have had in my 18 years of having cramps, but I still ran this morning. When I woke up this morning a million reasons not to run went through my head. But, my heart knew I should run. I kept thinking of my high school track coach that always said, “Running makes your cramps feel better”. I have no clue if he knew what he was taking about, but by the time 20 minutes had passed either the 3x200mg ibuprofens I took or the run made my cramps go away.

Here is a great picture of my husband. For some reason it wouldn't let me publish the picture bigger than this. Sorry.

Okay MSR F.E. what happened to all the funny comments?
I keep meaning to fill up my kitchen sink with dirty dishes and take a picture for my blog, maybe someday I will remember.

BUY THIS HOUSE. I WANT TO SELL IT!!!!!!!
ST. LOUIS, MO

Day three: Not too bad. I did have fried at lunch. But, I am having an all-vegetable stir-fry for dinner so it should even out. Also, I ran for 60 minutes this morning. But, I am still feeling overly bloated and puffy. It could have something to do with the moon and being a girl, but I am not 100% sure on that one.

Lunch with Keith was great.

I started what we will call the pre baby diet yesterday and I did pretty well. I went out for lunch today and had 1 slice of veggie pizza and a ton of vegetables. But, I am feeling so big and blah!!!!!!! I will be dinning on Subway tonight, so that always treats me good. Also, I signed up for a ½ marathon in April. I will be running with Billie and my brother Andy.

Lets all wear Red to work on Friday. (2/3/06)
On National Wear Red Day, Go Red in your own fashion to show your support for women and the fight against heart disease.

This is it. I am saying it out loud....
I am going to lose 10 pounds before I get pregnant. I know this may seem silly to some people. But, I just want to lose a little before I gain a bunch. If I lose 10 pounds and then gain 30 when I am pregnant. It will be like I only really gained 20. Sneaky, I know.
Mark my words.... It will come off!!!!!!

See Picture.... I lost it before, I will lose it again.

Normally I feel like I don't have anything to write about (MSR), but today I have exciting news. My bestfriend (Sorry MSR) moved to St. Louis from Springfield, MO today. I am at her house right now using her DSL internet to write this. I am very excited for her. Also, today my brother called and he is in for the 1/2 marathon. That means that Andy, Billie and myself (possibly Becky) will be running the 13.1 miles together.
I hope that you enjoyed this MSR.
PS This picture is of Becky, Matt, Carrie and Mike (not Shane) If anyone is interested in Mike he is currently single.
