Day three: Not too bad. I did have fried at lunch. But, I am having an all-vegetable stir-fry for dinner so it should even out. Also, I ran for 60 minutes this morning. But, I am still feeling overly bloated and puffy. It could have something to do with the moon and being a girl, but I am not 100% sure on that one.
Lunch with Keith was great.
