For the first time since about September 2006 Becky and I ran together outside. It was great!!!!! We ran a surprisingly easy 4 miles at Arnold Park on Sunday during the football games. I have been running on a treadmill in the morning while the baby sleeps but the treadmill is just not the same. We are going to run again next weekend, weather and baby permitting.

34 more days to go on the BF count down. I can’t wait. It looks like I might have more formula than I need to make it till February 18th and I still have frozen breast milk left.
